The Terms and Conditions set forth herein (the “Agreement”) govern the contractual relationship between the User (the “Player”) and JILIDREAM (the “Operator”). By accessing or using the Services, including account registration, gameplay, and any financial transactions, the Player agrees to be bound by this Agreement and by the Rules of the Games applicable to each title. If the Player does not accept any provision, access to the Services must cease.
The Operator may amend the Terms from time to time. Substantial amendments will be communicated prior to coming into effect. Continued use of the Services after any update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Where a conflict occurs between these Terms and any game specific terms, the game specific terms shall prevail to the extent of the conflict. If any matter is not addressed herein but is covered by the game terms, those game terms shall apply.
Eligibility: Participation is limited to individuals who are at least 18 years of age and comply with applicable laws. The availability of the Service in a jurisdiction does not by itself authorize participation; the User remains responsible for compliance with local laws. The Operator bears no liability for illegal online gambling in the User’s jurisdiction.
One account; registration: Each User may hold a single Member Account. The Operator may refuse to open an account, or close duplicate accounts, and reserves the right to request additional information to verify identity.
Registration information: All information provided during registration must be true, accurate, and current. The User must promptly update information as changes occur.
Login credentials: The User selects a username and password and must maintain the confidentiality of login details. The User is responsible for all activity arising from their account; the Operator is not liable for unauthorized use due to the User’s disclosure of credentials.
Inactivity and account status: If the User fails to access the Account via the Internet using the registered login details for twelve (12) consecutive months, the Operator may remove or reclaim balances after notifying the User’s registered contact details.
KYC and verification: The Operator may request documents to verify identity, age, and address. The User must provide such documents within seven (7) days of request. The Operator may suspend or close the Account if documentation is not provided timely, or if verification raises concern. All data processing shall be governed by the Privacy Policy.
Prohibition on transfers of accounts or funds: The User may not transfer or receive funds between other Users; selling, transferring, or acquiring accounts is prohibited.
Funding and credit: The User may deposit funds via the available methods. The Operator does not extend credit; funds deposited are owned by the User and will not accrue interest in the account.
Reserved Amount; Available to Bet: The Operator calculates the Reserved Amount (funds staked or held in respect of bets) and the Available to Bet balance (funds not yet staked). The Operator’s calculations are final and not subject to inquiry except for manifest error.
Deposits timing and processing: Deposits are applied to the User’s account promptly in accordance with the selected method and the payment processing partner’s timelines.
Binding nature of bets: Once a bet is placed and the event outcome is determined, the bet is binding and may not be cancelled, except as otherwise provided by the game rules or fraud policy.
Rules applying: The specific Rules for each game govern participation; in case of conflict, the game Rules supersede these Terms to the extent of the inconsistency.
Fraud, abuse and prohibited conduct: The User shall not participate in fraudulent, collusive, or unlawful activity, nor use software-assisted methods, bots, or other automation to influence games. The Operator may invalidate or close the Account, or void the User’s participation, in response to such activity.
Betting limits and risk management: The Operator reserves the right to impose betting limits per event, restrict specific games, or adjust restrictions without prior notice where necessary to protect the integrity of the platform.
Withdrawal rights: The User may withdraw funds up to the Available to Bet balance, by submitting a withdrawal request via the Account interface. Withdrawals must be requested using the Site’s withdrawal mechanism; requests via telephone or email are not accepted.
Method of withdrawal: Withdrawals will generally be processed using the same method as the deposit where feasible, subject to verification and compliance checks.
Verification and documentation: The Operator may require identification documents before processing withdrawals, and may suspend withdrawals pending verification.
Withdrawal restrictions: The Operator may refuse withdrawals if deposits or bets do not align (e.g., insufficient wagering on the last deposit), or if bonuses require wagering before withdrawal. The Operator may withhold or reclaim funds in cases of irregular or suspicious activity.
Fees and processing times: The Operator may charge reasonable withdrawal fees and may specify standard processing times, which will be disclosed in the User’s account.
Wagering requirements: Bonuses are subject to forty times wagering requirements unless the terms of the promotion specify otherwise. Wagering requirements must be satisfied before any bonus or related winnings may be withdrawn.
Game weightings: For promotions, table and live casino bets count toward wagering at 10% of the stake; slot bets contribute according to the promotion’s terms. The precise contribution rates will be stated in the promotion rules.
Activation and eligibility: Promotions must be activated prior to making a qualifying deposit or bet; promotions not activated before deposit may not be credited.
Expiry and forfeiture: Bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom may be forfeited if not used within the promotion period and in accordance with the promotion terms.
Security: All sensitive data transmitted between the User and JILIDREAM is protected by industry-standard encryption during transmission. The Operator uses encryption certificates from reputable authorities to secure data in transit.
Data collection: The Site uses cookies to optimize user experience; cookies do not collect personal data beyond what is necessary; users may manage cookie preferences in their browser, noting potential impacts on functionality.
Privacy policy: The Operator collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy; users may exercise their rights and request access, rectification, or deletion through official channels.
Compliance: The User undertakes to comply with applicable laws to prevent money laundering and other illicit activity; funds used on the platform originate from legitimate sources and are lawfully sourced.
Sanctions and risk controls: The Operator maintains risk-based controls, monitors accounts, and may restrict or suspend accounts if suspicious activity is detected.
Ongoing verification: The Operator may verify identity, address, and source of funds at any time and may require documentation such as government-issued ID, proof of address, and bank or payment method details; copies must be legible and current.
Single account policy: The User may hold only one account; the Operator may close accounts found to breach this policy and may report to authorities as required.
Self-imposed limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit, loss, and session limits; self-exclusion is available for defined periods; if a player self-excludes, access to the account will be blocked for the chosen duration.
Support and resources: The Operator provides information about responsible gaming resources and supports players seeking help with problem gambling.
Ownership: All content, software, branding, and materials on the Site are owned by JILIDREAM or its licensors; nothing herein transfers ownership. Users are granted a limited license to use the Site for personal entertainment in accordance with this Agreement.
Restrictions: The User shall not copy, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of the Site’s material or software, nor sublicense, sell, or redistribute it; no trademark or service mark use beyond permissible use is granted.
Disputes: Any disputes arising from the use of the Services shall be resolved in accordance with the applicable law of the Operator’s licensing jurisdiction and in a competent court or via the Operator’s internal dispute resolution process if available.
Complaints: The User may file a complaint through the official support channels; the Operator will provide a defined timeline for resolution and communicate the outcome in writing where appropriate.
Governing law: This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Operator’s licensing jurisdiction, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Jurisdiction shall be the courts of that jurisdiction unless otherwise required by applicable law.
The Operator may revise, modify, or replace this Agreement at any time. Material changes will be posted on the Site and notified to Users. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms; if a User does not agree to the changes, they may close their Account and discontinue use.
